I was taken in by Humberts who were not pushy when considering listing with an agent. However once listed I thought the service was poor and I was very disappointed particularly when a buyer came forwards . At times I found myself in conversation with my solicitor questioning in whose interests the agent was working as at times emails were blunt, forceful and at times patronising . I wouldn't use them again, when it came down to it profit seemed to be the motivational driver over quality of overall service. I've bought and sold many properties over the years so have lots of experience to be able to pass judgement on the quality of package so won't be using them again .
