Called 3 times to view a property but they didn't get in touch. Only on the 4th call 5 days after my original call did I find out that the property I'd wanted to view had just this day been sold., what a coincidence. Exceptional service. What agent could do to change your mind?
Could have responded to telephone calls in a reasonable time frame,should have listened to the problems we were having and acted in a more helpful and efficient manner.

Fees were much too high for the level of service they did not provide. Poor company who do not care about the tenants.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
