Really poor service throughout,maintenance issues took far to long to resolve and staff kept moving on ,so you were always dealing with a new person and explaining all over again.Would not use Humberts again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Could have responded to telephone calls in a reasonable time frame,should have listened to the problems we were having and acted in a more helpful and efficient manner.
Comments on Agent Fees
Fees were much too high for the level of service they did not provide. Poor company who do not care about the tenants.
