This estate agent's communication is particularly inconsiderate & practically non existent,not to mention inconsistent. You're promised a call with an an update on a property you're enquiring on,when you call them yourself because you haven't heard from them,the person dealing with your enquiry (e,g.,Laura) is evasive,out of the office or on another call.a colleague will promise you a call back but you will be left hanging as you will not hear from them.If you happen to catch Laura answering the phone,you're again promised a call back which eventually happens but not before you're left hanging for a day or two,terrible communication

High initial and on going random cost's, staff are very reactive and need constant chivvying along to promote your property. I felt advised poorly with regard to an unrealistic initial price in order to get me to list my property with CKD and going forward poor advice in how my holiday let accounts ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
