High initial and on going random cost's, staff are very reactive and need constant chivvying along to promote your property. I felt advised poorly with regard to an unrealistic initial price in order to get me to list my property with CKD and going forward poor advice in how my holiday let accounts would be better presented. At no point did anyone contact us to suggest ways to reinvigorate interest in our property and obvious sales opportunities were missed. That being said the offices look impressive and staff are friendly unfortunately they lack selling prowess.

This estate agent's communication is particularly inconsiderate & practically non existent,not to mention inconsistent. You're promised a call with an an update on a property you're enquiring on,when you call them yourself because you haven't heard from them,the person dealing with your enquiry ... Read Full Review
