The worst company I have ever come across in terms of service and treating the clients. We have left their property in July 2016 and still did not get back our deposit due to the lack of communication with the company and unprofessional actions of their officers.They simply do not reply to your emails and left messages in time which is against the rules and contract conditions. I had to go to the head office to complain and only after that some movement began, though it is middle of November and I agreed to their terms ( it took them 2 months to contact our former landlord to agree about the deductions). Moreover, I recommended the property managed by this company to my friends, who also struggled to get their deposit back after moving out. They finally received it but only with a help of a lawyer.
