Pollock and McLean acted as the letting agent for our property. They were very slow to react to our questions and also very slow to assist the tenant. They made no checks on the property during the tenancy so much so that when the tenant left the property it was not fit to live in. The office staff were helpful however the solicitor in charge was complacent and lazy happy to take a letting fee without providing any service. On reflection we would have received a better service after spending 5 minutes researching the requirements on the internet. The professional support provide by this solicitors was appalling.

Fees were at the correct level if the service advertised had been provided - unfortunately this was not the case.

Slow to respond. Took a week to get back to me after the seller had told me personally they had accepted my offer. Receptionist very rude on the phone .
