Slow to respond. Took a week to get back to me after the seller had told me personally they had accepted my offer. Receptionist very rude on the phone . Pollock and McLean acted as the letting agent for our property. They were very slow to react to our questions and also very slow to assist the tenant. They made no checks on the property during the tenancy so much so that when the tenant left the property it was not fit to live in. The office ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
