We had arrived from overseas a few days before stumbling into Hastings International office at Borough High Street. It was the end of a long cold wet day and we were exhausted. Megan Cutforth sat us down, explained how the leasing system worked and commenced organising our apartment. Our application was probably more complicated than normal as we had no address, no bank account and no credit rating, but Megan pursued these essentials so that we were able to move in just four days after first meeting her. We are very happy with Megan and the other team members at Hastings Int., Borough High Street.

We rented from them a very expensive yet beautiful apartment which was riddled with issues. The worst was that we had NO heating and intermittent hot water all of Dec - Feb which meant the apartment was freezing. I recently rented a flat from Hastings and would not recommend ever using them again. They are rude, threaten you with a withdrawal for asking questions with regards to the tenancy and their fees are astronomical.
