AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Disgraceful company who employ any bodies who have no idea what they are doing. Our tenancy was a disgrace from start to finish. Left for 4 weeks with no heating or hot water when my girlfriend was 7 months pregnant in the middle of January . Rats in the flat when we had a new born baby which was an ongoing problem from before we moved it so the flat should never have been let. Again took weeks for them to admit fault and fix the problem. As loads of previous reviews state people letting themselves in without letting us know, happened several times despite us complaining. My girlfriend had been home from the hospital a few days after giving birth and was sleeping when someone let themselves in and she was woken by them shouting 'hello' from the our hallway! We moved out 2 weeks before the end of our tenancy so the property was vacant but we were still Tennants. During which time 'someone' came in with a key and a ladder and removed the bay window curtains. Landlord claims not to know anything about it and therefore trying to take out of our deposit for made 2 measure curtains. Agents response was this gem 'the landlord couldn't possibly have been to the flat and taken down the curtains as they would have told us if they were going round'. Don't give a crap about Tennants as landlord is the one who pays the them each month. They also make you pay to have the flat pro cleaned before you move out and are now pestering the lady who cleaned our weeks ago saying the picture rails arnt clean and she needs to come back and do them again! Bare in mind the picture rails were covered in thick grease when we moved in which we cleaned our selves. All in a shambles, think they only employ sociopaths or people who have absolutely no empathy for others including new born babies. Good job we have proof of all this and will be taking them to court. Disgusting.
