As a first time buyer I was extremely happy with the way Ian Tonge Property Services handled my purchase. I found them to be pleasant and helpful throughout the process and would recommend them to my family and friends. Complaints Procedure
We take any complaint very seriously. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone by the member of staff or branch manager we then ask the client to write to Jason Tonge the director of the firm, who will deal with the matter personally.
