We had to deal with Ian Tonge High Lane office when purchasing a property in Nov 2013. There were naturally a number of issues to work out along the way and the staff there were unwilling, awkward and at times damn right patronising. What agent could do to change your mind?
This agent needs to seriously reflect on how they work with buyers. The impression we picked up on numerous occasions was that our queries were a major inconvenience. There was one particular member of staff who seemed to get a buzz from patronising us - particularly so on the phone.
