Allsop Lettings and Mangement - All I can say is if you are looking for a property and these are the management company stay away! My master bedroom leaked for almost four months and the company promised me when the repairs were complete a reduction in the rent and some compensation, after the repairs were complete I received an eviction notice saying the landlord wanted to sell. Everything Allsop Lettings and my property manager told me was a lie. They are only there to line their own pockets. I wouldn't even given them 1 star but the lowest allowed to leave. Poor customer service, poor response rates and basically didn't really care. My tenancy agreement stated that any room in the property which could not be lived in the tenant would get a percentage of the rent back, I raised this several times and constantly told by Paige please bear with us and it will be resolved after the work carried out. on the week of moving out the roof again then leaked. Appalling service Allsop - a big well done!!!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
