The worst, most unethical, inhumane letting agent there is in this country - maybe the world. By far the least pleasant company I have ever had to interact with. Contacting them takes a lot of time, they are not willing to fix things, they are rude, and they repeatedly ask you to pay for fees that are illegal. Allsop ran our estate for 5 years - they are inept and disorganised. What agent could do to change your mind?
Help??! Lol. They dont help, its the opposite. I dont know what they do but I feel very sorry for the landlord that his/her tenants are subjected to this type of scum company with the worst employees and management I have ever dealt with.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
