Absolute joke! Treated us as if we were stupid because we were students. When it came to the end of the tenancy the amounts of payment required for areas was ridiculous. When this was brought to their attention they failed to reply to emails concerning the matter, passing blame and advising we 'talk to each other about the issue in order to resolve the issue' ! Disgusting

Shocking bad company and staff at canterbury. Terrible service. From the beginning to the end of the tenancy. There was a catalogue of lies and arrogance. Awful experience with Iconn. I am livid. I rented a shared property from them for over a year, they where useless when it came to any maintenance that we complained about. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
