Horrible experience as a letting agency. We rented a flat with them and they attempt to cut corners in any way possible, even by lying to the landlord about repair/replacement costs. Incredibly poor also in terms of inventory. Overall, just appalling service and completely disinterested in the property, tenants and landlords - sole interest is to collect their fee, once that is done forget about receiving anything from them.

4 Aug 2018I've just seen the bad review - and I have to say that I totally disagree. I rented through Benson's for over two years and they were great. Maria particularly was exceptional. Quick to sort any problems, easy to get hold of, reliable, knowledgeable and great to deal with. She was also an excellent broker between tenant and landlord, when it came to rental increases or issues with the flat. (A one-bed in Westminster.) Have come across terrible estate agents before, but Benson's isn't one of them! I'd recommend them without hesitation.
