I had a few questions and concerns before proceeding with signing the lease, sadly my questions were unanswered and the replies I did receive were very rude and lacking in customer service.
I understand that the agent in question may have been having a bad day but that's no reason to be rude to a prospective tenant. I decided that it was better not to proceed.

Horrible experience as a letting agency. We rented a flat with them and they attempt to cut corners in any way possible, even by lying to the landlord about repair/replacement costs. Horrible experience as a letting agency. We rented a flat with them and they attempt to cut corners in any way possible, even by lying to the landlord about repair/replacement costs. Incredibly poor also in terms of inventory. Overall, just appalling service and completely disinterested in the property, tenants and landlords - sole interest is to collect their fee, once that is done forget about receiving anything from them.
