First time using this agent. Found them very helpful, courteous, and efficient. We first viewed the property early August and had all paperwork wrapped up by mid-August - would recommend to others.

We have never received inventory / check in report, we were charged for the re-cleaning of clean apartment it was deducted from our deposit without even informing us. The same key could open the main front door and apartment's bottom lock, it was changed one week before we moved out, no actions ... Read Full Review

I was appalled by the service I received from Lloyd Frank from beginning to end. (And even after the end). Firstly my agent was late for our first 2 viewings so the day I took off work was wasted.
