I was appalled by the service I received from Lloyd Frank from beginning to end. (And even after the end). Firstly my agent was late for our first 2 viewings so the day I took off work was wasted. After finding a place, the agent was rude and insulting during the process. He was not willing to answer questions I had, considering I was a first time buyer. On completion, the keys he gave me did not work and the remote for the gate was wrapped up in duck tape. A few weeks after completion, I found several keys did not work, and when I asked if they could cover costs for replacing these, they did not and I am now having to source my own contractor to pay for they keys. A necessary evil in the house buying process. I did refer to his colleague Danika who was very courteous and helpful when my agent was unavailable. So if you do need to use them, I'd advise dealing with her specifically

We have never received inventory / check in report, we were charged for the re-cleaning of clean apartment it was deducted from our deposit without even informing us. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
