Worst ever experience dealing with Taylor's estate agents. I booked my first ever apartment in Hemel Hempstead through them. thinking its a happy days an all will go as expected, but I was wrong. The developer is totally dodgy as an estate agent. initially they had a company which is black listed from the loyds group for mortgage. When I contacted Taylors for an update so that my bank and do a valuation, they advised me that yes, they had change of a company. I went back to the bank and they did a valuation. Now when time came for draft contract. I chased Taylors so many times. They keep saying I will chase them today tomorrow. Until Oct 15 where finally I received my draft contract. And surprise to find the old company again as building insurance provider. I had to chase again to the Taylors and developer. I received an answer that they cannot change company only for me and developer withdraw my application in Dec. I started chasing my initial deposit money through Taylors but they are completely unhelpful and had to chase them so many times. Eventhough developer's solicitor black and white stated that we should get our deposit money back. its been more than 9 months and I still have not received any monies back from them. Also they are completely ignoring my phone calls.

BAD. We paid for Full Management as we were travelling overseas and had discussed visits and checks with them before we left. We were led to believe that costs were included only to find out on a tenant changeover how many 'extras' they were to pay for.

Be professional and welcoming .
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
