Excellent service from start to finish as a new tenant moving into the area for the first time re-locating from Manchester, the agents were helpful and professional from the outset. The application process was easy and Victoria was most pleasant. We also experienced a issue with our washing machine on first day in and they were here the next day to sort it.

Would not recommend. Various appliances (including radiator) stopped working and NEVER fixed even at the point we left, despite Repair within a reasonable time frame being part of their contractual obligations. Will look at holding back money for the most tenuous of reasons. Pretty disgusting. ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
