I would like to congratulate this branch in ensuring that the poor reputation of Estate Agents is being upheld in this office. They seemed to want to act on behalf of the buyer rather than seller, which is a little bizarre given that the agent makes the commission from the seller, unless something was going on behind the scenes that they chose not to disclose?
What agent could do to change your mind?
Given the that we ended up reducing the property value and providing an insurance to the new buyer I think they should have been reduced drastically.
