Do not bother with this estate agent. They need to understand the term customer service and give some thought for people that have booked viewings. They send misleading emails that read as false promises, do not give enough notice of changes to viewing bookings, do not let you know until immediately before your viewing that is cancelled so that you take holiday for nothing and when you ring the manager, to complain, she does not listen but also will not let you speak so that you are not afforded the time to get your full point across and then because you are forced to try and speak over her she accuses you of being abusive and hanging up. The old adage that the customer is always right does not exist here, if you have booked first viewing beware that this can change at very short notice, yet they do not advice you until very late notice so you waste holiday that you could have used for other bookings. By the way the email they sent said that they do not, unlike other agents, act on a first come first save basis... only what they mean is that this does not mean that they honour all viewings before a decision is made. My advice? Don't waste your time on them

The house we rented was a right state when we moved in with mold on the windows, rubbish in the garden, just to name a few. The inventory pictures did not reflect what the house looked like and what they said and so I asked them to note this. They later tried to charge us for this. Luckily we had a ... Read Full Review

We have been left extremely disappointed with the level of service from GD Estates. They seem to be wanting money at every point on checkout despite our contributions and our level of professional cleaning carried out at the property. When we viewed the property the current tenant had a lot ... Read Full Review

Be wary of this company. They were fine to begin with but upon our contract coming to an end they were dishonest and obstructive, directly causing a lot of added stress to an already stressful time. Very ... Read Full Review
