Our experience with Mullies was awful. We rented through them for 6 months and lost hundreds due to their incompetence. We needed to move quickly due to the fact my mother had cancer. They lied continuously and to the point where we had to threaten legal action- only at this point did they admit fault. They left our house unlocked after house viewings creating a security risk and even went as far as to lie about the deposit. They attempted to get more money from us by saying that the carpets needed cleaning when we had had them professionally cleaned- they said this would cost �300 which they needed in writing that they could take the money from our deposit. They continued to threaten us for not replying in writing, when the deposit was returned DPS gave us the full amount. Showing that dps didn't think a second carpet cleaning was required. Our landlord was pretty bad but Mullie's took it to a new level. The 6 months of terrible stress was awful and I would not recommend that anyone goes with Mullie's estate agents.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
