I had a disappointing customer service experience with this agent. I had to chase them twice to arrange a viewing, the viewing itself was fine and I then put in an offer, raised it an their request and heard nothing for another 2 days. When I called them to find out what was happening the property had been sold so another buyer, they just hadn't bothered to let me know. I appreciate that their job is to get the best price that they can for their vendor but their customer service approach to this prospective buyer was lousy.
All they needed to do was to let me know what was happening.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
