Uncontactable, with holds deposit, runs a scam bby paying one month at end of month and then doesn't deposit rent for two months and tries to confuse landlord by telling them one end of month rent deposit belongs to two months !!!! SCAM

This is absolutely the worst agency I have dealt with in my 9 years of renting. They are difficult to get responses from, they don't handle maintenance requests and often times can take months to fix a small problem like a faucet fix, the customer service channel is terrible and they will not care ... 1- they dont register tenant for Tenancy protection Schema ( agreement more than 12 months) 2- they have poor response to maintenance request and clarification emails, i wait 10 days to fix the water oiler 3- they make overlaps tenancy agreement i've requested to evacuate the flat before one day ... The agent has refused to return my deposit following a number of phone calls and a letter. I am unable to find them on the Companies House website and my letter to the Canary Wharf office was returned, stating they were not known. Horrible service and ridiculously high admin fees. Provided no guidance upon check-in including no instructions on finding the utilities closet and activating utilities.
