Just a main thing: STAY AWAY FROM THE MAJOR ESTATES ... I rent a flat with this agency in 31 of December 2015 and got me one month to have the contract done ...always something new what I had to sign or to do ...I moved in and six months later my landlord ask me to move away for 3 weeks and to make space for his mum who would like to stay in my flat and after to come back...and he rent a garage for me where to move with like 5% of my stuff the rest to leve them in there...and I refuse to move so he and he's family start to harass me ...I had like 100 texts and emails and phone calls in one month from him and from major estates trying to get me out...my landlord kept us up till 2am-3am every single night to make sure we leave. .. Now I have 1 month and a half since this is going on and today the manager of this agency send me an agent to hand me an eviction note and they ask me to leave in 2 months but I made a contract for 1 year and I paid 700£ agency fees and I still got 4 months till the contract expires. .. This is happening in UK in a civilised country not in a third world country. .. So doesn't meter if you are a good tenant and pay your rent and 4100£ in one go to rent a flat....they are still with no shame and thake you out... And offcorse you need a solicitor and long phone calls to council and police...and night with no sleep and day's with stress... This is the worst agency ever who makes ilegal work for landlords with no respect ...(stay away from the landlord from 9 whitefriars drive to)
