on the higher side and that is ridiculous for their service.

we had a very bad experience with this letting agent.We took the flat in a hurry so could not notice it had a lot of problems in it.The ceiling,the wall were having water leakage.The house was full of rats and the roof has a bird nest which disturbed us for the whole 11m of our staying. Asking the agent to do the repairs was a nightmare for us.As they will never listen to you after several follow ups.

Also,the time when we left the property they did the vigilance and were ok with the cleaning but still they deducted 130 pounds from our deposit fr cleaning purposes .We were not sure what did they clean actually? When we asked them they had no answer neither they replied to any of our mails.
Its almost 2 months now since we left the property but have not received our deposit which they said they would return after deduction.+
We keep on calling them n sending them no of mails but do not get any confirmation of our money.Our previous tenants already warned us about them but that time we already had signed the contract.
They are a big cheater ,stay away from them.
