What a joke of a letting agency. Rick was the biggest nightmare to deal with. Once he had our holding deposit he was barely in communication and I had to ask for a breakdown of costs with regards to our deposit - which I'm glad I did now otherwise God knows what we would have been given back. We had so many issues with the flay and he was irresponsive to all of them. Once he did respond, he was unprofessional and couldn't even form full sentences. We luckily had a 6 month break clause - thank God - which meant we were able to escape from him.

We moved into a property managed by Audsley Moore in 2019 (moving less than a year later). The flat on first look was lovely. I let a property from Audsley Moore for several years. It's a huge regret of mine to have ever let from this company. The word shonky comes to mind. It was a nightmare. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
