Audsley Moore

I let a property from Audsley Moore for several years. It's a huge regret of mine to have ever let from this company. The word shonky comes to mind. It was a nightmare. Here are some snippets of my experience: - The property wasn't cleaned properly before I moved in. - Stains on furniture had been hidden from me at inspection. - The property did not have proper locks or a working fire alarm when I moved in. - The property had so many structural problems which were not disclosed to me prior to signing the lease. In terms of the structural problems, would alert Rick to problems as they arose, and he would quickly confirm he was arranging for them to be fixed... but the work was never followed through to a proper resolution. - They tried to put my rent up 10% every year despite the property falling apart. - They sometimes allowed workman into the property when I wasn't home and without alerting me first. Workman broke some of my personal property. - In the end, I had to move out because of structural problems which had made the property uninhabitable. While I was moving out they were doing showings of prospective tenants and were advertising it at a higher rent (I repeat, the property was uninhabitable). At least I got my deposit back in full. Terrible, terrible. Avoid, avoid.
