I lived in a prolet property for a year near Norwich city and found the agency always friendly, helpful and efficient in dealig with any repairs, queries, administration etc. We were all final year students and had a nightmare with our previous letting agency so we were so pleased to get an agency who were on the ball! Would 100% recommend this agency to anyone! We moved out less than 2 weeks ago and got our deposits back already also! Well done prolet!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
The problem should have been fixed when it first occurred 12 weeks ago. Even compensation will not make up for the horrific conditions I have had to put up with for the last 12 weeks. I want cleaners to tidy our rooms every week again and I want the staff to start speaking to me with the respect and politeness that I deserve.

They are the worst letting agency I have ever dealt with. They are rude, unpleasant and unhelpful. What agent could do to change your mind?
They could of been courtesy and pleasant in their dealings. They could of responded promptly to emails and issues. They should of avoided digging remarks and bullying tactics, especially when it came to form signing and maintenance issues. They could of maintained a friendly communication connection with us which we felt we could contact without issue or remark. Being rude wasn\'t necessary or making us feel like we were unwanted vermin in a house that we were paying to live in.

Disgusting customer service. Prolet treat their tenants with zero respect. They will come round for viewings with no advance warning.
