They are the worst letting agency I have ever dealt with. They are rude, unpleasant and unhelpful. We are good tenants always paid our bills on time etc. But they insisted on resorting to bullying practices. They failed to inform us that for the first half of our tenancy our house would be a building site as the roof was replaced. This wasn't finished until late in the year when the cold and damp was getting into the house. Further they then accused us of letting the damp get in and mould develop, the bullying tactics and threats were only stopped when we told them we'd take the matter further to the ombudsman. They failed to carry out maintenance we reported throughout the year. Or leaving it weeks before the issue was dealt with. The kitchen wall was damp with water clearly rising up through the wall, but this was 3 weeks before someone could come round to even look at. Overall they were rude and obnoxious. Even when visiting the office. They have no respect for those they deal with. And talking to them they didn't want to know who you were only that you'd interrupted their day.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could of been courtesy and pleasant in their dealings. They could of responded promptly to emails and issues. They should of avoided digging remarks and bullying tactics, especially when it came to form signing and maintenance issues. They could of maintained a friendly communication connection with us which we felt we could contact without issue or remark. Being rude wasn\'t necessary or making us feel like we were unwanted vermin in a house that we were paying to live in.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The problem should have been fixed when it first occurred 12 weeks ago. Even compensation will not make up for the horrific conditions I have had to put up with for the last 12 weeks. I want cleaners to tidy our rooms every week again and I want the staff to start speaking to me with the respect and politeness that I deserve.

Disgusting customer service. Prolet treat their tenants with zero respect. They will come round for viewings with no advance warning.
