They have managed my rental property since 2012. At first all went well but since Andy Hampton became mayor of Wimborne I have had to chase them for rent all the time. They currently owe me 6 moths rent and rarely answer the phone or reply to emails.

Thankfully we are no longer dealing with this estate agent. He put bad tennants in our house who had no reference checks. They are happy to take peoples money - but what for I don't know because they clearly do NOT Manage Properties or their Maintenance (Isn't this what they're paid to do!)

We have used 5 different agents to date and Morgan Hampton are just terrible. I agree with the other reviewer, the service to me as a landlord is appalling. Any problem the tenant has is not attended to promptly, the rent is never transferred to my account promptly, and any correspondence goes unanswered. Customer Service initially very good, friendly service with a smile - nothing too much trouble! After 2yrs of being a decent Tenant, never ever missed our rent or ever paid late, have always looked after the Property (was even Complimented & Thanked by the Landlord!) ....... For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
