Thankfully we are no longer dealing with this estate agent. He put bad tennants in our house who had no reference checks. They are happy to take peoples money - but what for I don't know because they clearly do NOT Manage Properties or their Maintenance (Isn't this what they're paid to do!)

I agree with the other reviewer, the service to me as a landlord is appalling. Any problem the tenant has is not attended to promptly, the rent is never transferred to my account promptly, and any correspondence goes unanswered.
