Thankfully we are no longer dealing with this estate agent. He put bad tennants in our house who had no reference checks. I agree with the other reviewer, the service to me as a landlord is appalling. Any problem the tenant has is not attended to promptly, the rent is never transferred to my account promptly, and any correspondence goes unanswered.
