Please call back when you promise to do that. I called to this agency before and the same happened again now. It is about property in St. Matthews street St Georges house 625 p/m. Agent on the phone was lady and she told she need to double check some details about the viewing and never called back. It shows the actual level of the service and the actual need of the client. Thank you.

Rented a flat for myself. They were very quick with the initial process, but after that nothing! No keys to 5 doors of the facility wore provided. 2 months and still no access to elevator, electricity meter and others. I have had a really horrible experience with them as letting agents. They hassel while you are in the property and after you have left in the form of giving no support, non-availability of very unprofessional staff and then further hassel you for return of deposit.
