Rented a flat for myself. They were very quick with the initial process, but after that nothing! No keys to 5 doors of the facility wore provided. 2 months and still no access to elevator, electricity meter and others. Please call back when you promise to do that. I called to this agency before and the same happened again now. It is about property in St. Matthews street St Georges house 625 p/m. I have had a really horrible experience with them as letting agents. They hassel while you are in the property and after you have left in the form of giving no support, non-availability of very unprofessional staff and then further hassel you for return of deposit.
