From the word go, Martin and SHR have been extremely professional and helpful. Our initial viewing through to completion of contract was simple and pain-free. There were a couple of things that needed attention after we had moved in but Martin promptly took care of everything and we are very happy. I highly recommend Martin and his personal approach to managed lettings

As tenant I recommend to stay away from this agency. It takes continuous effort and spamming their mailboxes to get any issue sorted.
