I must say I really haven't got a bad word to say about Martin and his team. I have been renting ,for over 2 years, a flat and Martin had made the process very easy. From my first viewing everything has run smoothly. The paper work and contracts were painless and easy to read and any questions I had were answered promptly . The flat has been kept in excellent order and I know Martin is only at the end of the phone or an email if I ever needed anything. On the very rare occasions when a facility might need repairing, it has been done within 24 hours and to an extremely high standard. I am sad to be leaving the flat and it is only due to the new location of a job, but in my time in London I have dealt with over 10 estate agents and Martin is by far the best.

As tenant I recommend to stay away from this agency. It takes continuous effort and spamming their mailboxes to get any issue sorted.
