As a landlord I had a very bad experience with a previous agent but was reccomended to try Pavillion. I met with Pauline and was immediately put at ease and just knew that she would look after my interests as a landlord. I would highly reccomend this agent and know they will put the right tenants into your property.

13 Mar 2017In relation to looking after your interests as a landlord, I contacted this agent on two separate occasions recently to arrange viewings and was told I'd receive a call back to make arrangements. They didn't call back and I have given up looking for somewhere through this company. As a landlord, I would be very disappointed to learn that this is how they treat good, professional, prospective tenants.

7 May 2017On the former tenant they refused to repair which resulted in them getting a judgement against them Part of the judgement was it 60% reduced rent which they did not follow then refuse Anthony carry out repairs which they did not do the solution to the problem was too is it do you have it to put the deposit into one of three schemes okay till I got annoy involved also in the building there is four flats in total run by Pavilion property top floor when the time is robbed off by a member of staff from pavilion the flat next door had a hole in the roof which was a fix for it least two years may still not be fixed ground floor was covered in Damp which was a disabled woman when she went through North Law So they evicted her they refused to put her deposit into one of three schemes so she went through a lawyer
