They got me to put the property on at £100,000 more than it was worth, with a fee based on this, then when the price was reduced wouldn't reduce their fee - its a scam to get more fee's !

AVOID at all costs. These agents do not realise the bad reputation they have in the area. I could have been called back and not have to call constantly. The agent showing the property could have had some background knowledge. I had an offer I wanted to put in but simply could t as I was never called back!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
