Totally unprofessional, rude and patronising people. To be honest it was my worst experience with a letting agent. I am shocked!

If i could give less than one star i would. Do not recommend Tell lies to tenants ti get a let and make information up that they haven't checked. When house is let and tenant has issues they do not want to know at all, very very dodgy estate agents who take back handers and break the law. Also ... Read Full Review

Absolutely disgusting estate agents rude staff so I was supposed to view a property today travelled 15 miles to go and view it waited waited and waited no emails sent and no phone calls check there website to see the property has been let which I’m pretty annoyed about so I contacted them ... Had no choice because the house we have just bought was marketed by charles dickens we tried to make a offer was refused very economical with the truth terrible marketing brouchure not helpfull told us one thing and did another which made things very hard for us as we were over 200 miles away ... Dishonest and lazy. Avoid ! Heard that estate agents have a bad reputation ? These guys are the reason why ! They don't let facts get in the way of trying to schmooze potential owners or explain why viewings are always being attended by people who haven't been to the house before ... Read Full Review

Worst agent i have ever used.
