I 1st meet Colin when he was a Manager for an Estate Agent in North London. He now has his own Company. He is the Agent for Letting my Ex-Wife house. I am very pleased & very happy he is the Agent. If u are thinking about using Colin, do not worry he is very good at his job.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I don't mind paying fees if I feel they have been earned and with Colin that is exactly how I do feel when I pay his fees. A little less painful than usual!
