I have used Colin over the years and he is a standout Estate Agent - why? No.1 He is a total professional with regards to securing the correct class of tenant. No. 2 He is very knowledgable about Landlord and Tenant Legislation and doesn't just talk-the-talk. No.3 He is genuinely helpful with advise. No.4 His communication is 100% which is so necessary. And last but not least - No.5 He gets the property let quickly and efficiently - You know he is 'on the case'. He is NOT a wide boy and takes the service he provides to a level which should be an industry standard. Quality.
What agent could do to change your mind?
I don't mind paying fees if I feel they have been earned and with Colin that is exactly how I do feel when I pay his fees. A little less painful than usual!
