countrywide what can i say. since november they have threatened to change my locks, have phoned me demanding money, sent numerous letters and are now taking me court for unpaid rent. the best part is they cant spell my name, and even better I DONT HAVE a tenancy agreement with them, and my landlord has no idea either. good business just charge random people rent for a house that you have nothing to do with.

Steer well clear of Countrywide! I requested repairs were undertaken at my property, which took over a year to remedy, some repairs done 4 times, and still not remedied!
