Worked closely with Oppida and Imran Patel to secure a new build property in the Surrey Quays area. I have received excellent service from reservation to completion. Once I put my reservation down there was prompt and responsive communication with the developer / agents - for example granting my request to change the design from two rooms to open plan. I was often invited to see the progress of the flat and raise any concerns I may have had. Imran often called to make sure we were satisfied with the flat and always responded promptly to any queries. Always delivered on promises. Excellent service and communication, I have asked Imran to keep us posted with any new developments for my family and friends. I would recommend Imran/Oppida to anyone looking to buy in the area

What agent could do to change your mind?
If marketing a property ensure the agent showing the property comes prepared and is in position to answer basic questions. Be professional and communicate to the potential buyers who has shown interest and put offers in.
