I gave one star only because there is no option for zero. Terrible agents. Do not under any circumstances enter into any sort of agreement with them. Their 'service' is disgusting, once they have your money they have absolutely no interest in you.

If you don't want to get back your deposit, this Agency is just for you. They charge hidden fees and for cleaning services which they should be doing by themselves. Because you will most likely have to pay when you move out the house even if you will leave the house in a much better condition... Read Full Review

Absolutely terrible letting agent. They make you pay for the application first (it's non-refundable as well) and then they tell you that if you want a house you need to pay another fees. Ridiculous. Also when I moved out I never got my deposit back and they made me pay another couple hundred pounds ... Read Full Review
