If you don't want to get back your deposit, this Agency is just for you. They charge hidden fees and for cleaning services which they should be doing by themselves. Because you will most likely have to pay when you move out the house even if you will leave the house in a much better condition... Read Full Review

Absolutely terrible letting agent. They make you pay for the application first (it's non-refundable as well) and then they tell you that if you want a house you need to pay another fees. Ridiculous. Absolutely terrible letting agent. They make you pay for the application first (it's non-refundable as well) and then they tell you that if you want a house you need to pay another fees. Ridiculous. Also when I moved out I never got my deposit back and they made me pay another couple hundred pounds for some made-up reason and couple months after that I got letter from Council hat I owe them money, because no one paid Council Tax for this house. Stay away from them.

We viewed the property, a beautiful three bedroom semi-detached house in Coventry, and had decided that we were going to take the let. However, when we arrived at the letting agents to put down a holding deposit, we found out their fees are astronomical! For three persons sharing they wanted £894 (£150 for an 'Application Fee' pp, £49 'Administration' pp, and £99 for the 'Tenancy Agreement' pp), all of which was totally non-refundable under any circumstances. This is just under three times the amount charged by many other local agents "*". None of these fees are advertised with the property, and so one must be confronted with them under the pressure of the letting agent. For this reason I decided, so that others may be forewarned before entering the agents chamber!
