Time waster. Did not care for appraising the property. Snootilly glanced at each room with no objective oppions in regards to the state of the property. Avoid dealing with this company. Cancelled appointment only to hastily rebook via voicemail. Would not recommend.

They are good only until you put up your deposit. Once you paid something, they will not care for you anymore, even if the transaction is not complete yet. No response to emails, no updates on the property you are buying, etc. Terribly bad on customer service. So frustrating that they will not deal ... Read Full Review

I currently rent a property off allen & harris. Sequence UK Ltd are my management company and they have been nothing but amazing! Everything is handled very professionally and promptly. Worst letting agency I've ever dealt with (moved properties over 5 times in past). Had to move in later than agreed date as property 'was not ready', advertised as unfurnished but was full of the old tenants broken and dirty furniture, clothing, and kitchen utensils. I had an afternoon viewing arranged with 'Gareth' from the Albany Road, Cardiff branch of Allen and Harris. My husband and I waited more than 20 minutes outside the property and nobody turned up.
