I have just sold my property through Guy Leonard in Pulborough West Sussex and from the initial visit from Malcolm Penny branch manager I have been very impressed with his professional approach. I wanted the highest price possible as do all sellers but when Malcolm contacted me to say he have got the full asking price I was amazed. Whenever I contact Malcolm, Alex and his team I was greeted with an excellent professional attitude and can't phrase them enough. Many people knock Estate agents but rest assured I can highly recommend Guy Leonard at Pulborough. Many thanks again to Malcolm and his team.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The price probably a little above average but I got above average service in my opinion.

Lies, deceit, no morals or ethics. We viewed and offered the asking price on a property being sold by Nadine Armer at Guy Leonard. She gave us her personal assurances that neither she, nor Guy Leonard (the company) indulged in the usual shenanigans that blights unscrupulous estate agents.... Read Full Review
