Full of empty promises from start to finish!! They completely messed up the paperwork and through their fault alone left me and two young children without property to move into. This took six long drawn out weeks to happen and forced me to put my belongings into storage as they finally told me the truth week prior to my move date. I would NEVER use this company again. Whenever you call the relevant people always seem to be out of the office, they don't tell you the truth and to be honest don't really care how they are treating people. They didn't even try to resolve this issue or try and find another property. The worst service I have ever had, the only good thing they did was to refund my deposit in full which took them about 5 weeks of me calling everyday!!

Myself and some other students were signed up with this agents for a year and it has to be said that 90% of all interactions with the firm was a let down, and over the course of the tenancy we must of been completely ignored on all almost all occasions.... Read Full Review

Overall AWFUL service. Worst estate agent you could possibly choose to use. Constantly late, don't turn up to booked viewings, don't complete proper checks on buyers, took my property off the market with no instruction to do so, don't provide updates on anything, you will have to constantly chase just to receive excuse... Absolutely diabolical from start to finish. They tricked my mum into signing up for a 20 week contract then proceeded to practically ignore us for the next 3 months. What agent could do to change your mind?
Fees were pretty low but ended up paying another agent more just for the service and speed in selling/enthusiasm
